We help to resolve issues related to a child’s custody and maintenance, including issues related to paying the alimony and charging the alimony.
If charging the alimony has not been successful with the help of a bailiff, it is possible to initiate execution proceedings for charging the alimony in other member states, including, for example, in the Republic of Finland or some other European country. An alternative option is charging the alimony from the obligated person’s parents, the child’s grandparents.
